“Face-Off” challenges your students to evaluate how people's lives might be impacted by living under a limited or unlimited government. The project is engaging for students, and the guided format is easy for you to use. Everything you need is included!

First, students complete the planning activity. They imagine what people might say, think, hear, see, and value in each society to illuminate the differences between each citizen’s experiences and worldview. Then they create a “Face-Off” poster or presentation between two citizens, one living under a limited government and the other under an unlimited government. Project-based learning is a fun way to assess learning while allowing your students to showcase their creativity.
